Description
  • Dorzox T Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It decreases the fluid (aqueous humor) production in the eye which relieves the pressure in the eye. This way it relieves the symptoms.
Dorzox T Eye Drop is to be used only in the affected eye.
  • Use it in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Read the label carefully for instruction before you use the medicine. Wash your hands before using this medicine. Do not use too much or too little. Use it in the exact dose as prescribed by the doctor or as instructed in the label.
  • Use of this medicine may cause burning sensation, stinging, and irritation at the application site. It may also cause headache, corneal erosion, eyelid inflammation, sinusitis, nausea, and weakness. These are usually temporary and resolve with time. However, if they persist or get worse, inform your doctor. In case of accidental contact with your ears, nose, or mouth, immediately rinse it with water.
  • Inform your doctor if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients in this medicine or if you are taking any other medication. It is advised not to drive or operate heavy machinery immediately after using this medicine as it may cause temporary blurring of vision and may affect your ability to drive.

Benefits of Dorzox T Eye Drop

  • Glaucoma is a serious eye condition that causes damage to the optic nerve, often due to increased pressure within the eye. This damage can lead to vision loss and even blindness if untreated. Dorzox T Eye Drop helps reduce the fluid (aqueous humor) production inside the eye, lowering intraocular pressure, which in turn alleviates the symptoms and prevents further complications like blindness. While glaucoma cannot be completely prevented, Dorzox T can be used alone or with other eye medications to manage the condition effectively. Regular monitoring and checkups are essential for detecting glaucoma in its early stages and preventing vision loss.

Quick Tips

  • Dorzox T Eye Drop is effective in reducing high pressure in the eye, which can help prevent vision loss due to conditions like glaucoma.
  • Remove your contact lenses before using Dorzox T Eye Drop. Wait at least 15 minutes before re-inserting them to avoid irritation.
  • After applying the drop, gently press on the corner of your eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute. This will help keep the medication in the eye and prevent it from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.
  • For best results, apply one drop 2-3 times daily in the affected eye(s), as prescribed by your doctor.
  • Be careful not to touch the tip of the dropper or let it come into contact with your eye or any other surface to prevent contamination.
  • If you are using more than one type of eye medication, wait for at least 5-15 minutes between applications to avoid dilution of the medication.
