Dejac-T Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of premature ejaculation in adult men. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. This medicine should be used only when prescribed by a doctor.

• Dejac-T Tablet works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited. It may be taken with or without food. Take it as advised by your doctor, before having sexual activity.
  Some common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, headache, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), nosebleeds, and dry mouth. It even causes dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you.
  It should be used with caution in patients with a history of seizures, depression, and other psychiatric disorders. Before you take this medicine, let your doctor also know if you have any history of heart, kidney, or liver diseases.

What if you forget to take Dejac-T Tablet?

• If you miss a dose of Dejac-T Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Helpful Tips for Using Dejac-T Tablet:

• Take 1–3 hours before planned sexual activity.
• Limit usage to once per day—do not exceed one dose in 24 hours.
• Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.
• Stand up slowly to prevent dizziness from a potential drop in blood pressure.
• Seek medical help if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours.
• Avoid use if you’ve had a heart attack in the last 3 months or a stroke/heart failure in the past 6 months.
