Order Confirmation

After placing your order, Generic Druggist will send you an email confirmation. Within 24 hours, you should receive a second email confirming that your order is now being processed. If we are unable to fulfill your order or there is a payment problem, we will notify you via email.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order has been finalized, it will most likely be dispatched that day. A shipping confirmation will be given to you, along with a track and trace number, if applicable. The email will go over usual shipping times and how to contact us if you have any questions.

We may ship to your home or workplace, whatever you want.

The shipping cost is $12 for registered airmail. Registered airmail is the preferred shipping option since it is more secure and less prone to theft or loss. It does require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left informing you of the attempted delivery and how to contact the post office to arrange redelivery or where it is being stored for collection. They will hold them for four weeks before returning them to us.

Postal boxes and APO address

We can deliver to PO boxes and APO locations provided the delivery method is the same. Simply change your primary shipping address on the My Account page to your PO Box or APO address, as needed.

Customs

We are situated in India, and your order is handled by your local customs as imported products. When your parcel passes through Customs, there may be a delay as they process your order. We recommend that you always provide extra time and place your orders ahead of time to avoid annoyance during this phase. In extreme circumstances, they may call you after only a few days to three weeks.

Delivery Times

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of being placed. Delivery timeframes are entirely dependent on the postal or courier service. The table above displays typical delivery timeframes. Please be aware that if customs holds your order for pending import duties, they may keep it for 3-21 days before contacting you. If your order has not arrived within the regular shipping periods listed above, please allow an additional 7 days before contacting us to determine whether it is simply delayed in delivery, held at customs, or lost.

Lost orders and reshipments

We will reship or refund any missing orders if we are notified within 8 weeks of the ship date. Reshipments or refunds will not be allowed if notified to us after 8 weeks.

We are pleased to replace any order that has not been delivered; however, the following circumstances apply:

1.Since the ship date, an additional 7 days have been added to the regular delivery time.
2.The shipping address you provided is correct.

If you entered an inaccurate address, you will be charged for the replacement order. When or if the original order is returned to us, we will notify you with refund information. The reimbursement may take several months because the “return” postage was not paid.

Returns and Refunds

Our generic doctor provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you receive an order that is damaged in any way, or if your purchase is not delivered at all, we will ship you another package. If you want a refund, we will reimburse the full amount upon your request. We will require you to wait 30 days after the order has been shipped before proceeding with this process. If you haven’t received your order within the following 30 days, or if you haven’t received any alerts that it has been returned or is on hold, please submit a support case in our refund section.We will respond promptly to any support tickets.

We will refund any merchandise if we receive it from you quickly and it may be resold. The products must be unused, unopened, and have an expiration date greater than three months.
